Ingredients
- 24 cube seedless watermelon
- 3 oz. high-quality blue cheese
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt
- cracked white pepper
Directions
- Step 1Divide watermelon cubes among 4 serving plates. Crumble blue cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper and serve.
