Ingredients

  • 24 cube seedless watermelon
  • 3 oz. high-quality blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • cracked white pepper

Directions

    1. Step 1Divide watermelon cubes among 4 serving plates. Crumble blue cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper and serve.
